Operator training courses (novice, experienced, refresher and
conversion) are delivered on customer premises provided they have:

1. A mechanically sound fork lift truck for use throughout the duration of the course
2. An area that can be closed off for training purposes
3. Suitable loads to be moved with the fork lift truck
4. A quiet room with a power supply for a power point presentation theory course.
